- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆September 25, 2019, by Adam CaverI placed an order on-line this morning at 10:30 AM and then proceeded to call the store to verify that the arrangement would be delivered before the recipient left for the day, which was 4:00 PM. I was assured it would be and left it in their hands. I proceeded to call the store at 3:50 PM only to be told that the arrangement was not delivered and that there was no one available to deliver it. This is now the third time I have been let down by this company. And to top it off they charge $14 for a delivery fee and the business was less than 5 miles away.
