  I was visiting Birmingham with my cousin and really wanted her to check out some dresses at Carriage House. We didn't book an appointment like we should have, but we dropped in close to closing time (whoops!) to see if we could glance around. Kelly Michelle was busily wrapping up with another client, but she graciously agreed to help us after she was done. Not only did she stay past work hours, but she offered exceptional service with nothing but smiles and encouragement. Beyond her all-star attitude, the selection at Carriage House was exquisite. My cousin had an amazing experience there all because Kelly Michelle went above and beyond to accommodate us. We highly recommend Carriage House Weddings!

  Everything about Carriage House is fabulous. They have the best selection of dresses in Birmingham and their staff is excellent! I've continued to receive excellent service in the months since finding and buying my dress. I'm extremely satisfied and would highly recommend to any bride looking for a beautiful and unique gown.
